Outback Proprietor Tim Wong, 37, has been in the restaurant business his entire
life. He gained his experience by working at and running his father's
restaurants. Tim's staff says he is a stickler for detail meaning he wants your
dining experience to be perfect. He personally oversees the preparation of your
meal to insure quality.

Ribs On The Barbie
Mouth-watering baby back
ribs, smoked and grilled, that melt in your mouth, with Aussie chips and
cinnamon apples.

No Rules Pasta NEW!
Pasta tossed in a light
Alfredo sauce and topped with parmesan cheese. Served with your choice of
Grilled Shrimp, Grilled Scallops, or Grilled Chicken Breast. We chose the shrimp
and scallops oh so good!

Victorias "Crowned" Filet
A 9-ounce tenderloin
topped with either a bleu cheese crumb crust or a horseradish crumb crust. We
chose the horseradish crumb crust, yum. Plus we added a mouth watering cold water
lobster and a side of mushrooms. Whooa!
Dessert:
We sampled all of the Outback desserts, whoof!
A splendid way to end your meal and ohh an ahh.
Chocolate Thunder
From Down Under
Fresh-baked pecan brownie,
rich vanilla ice cream topped with hot homemade chocolate sauce and chocolate
shavings.

Sydney’s Sinful Sundae
‘Ava go at it.
Vanilla ice cream rolled in toasted coconut, covered in chocolate sauce and
topped with whipped cream

Chocolate Chocolate Tower
Layers of moist
chocolate cake and smooth chocolate filling towering high atop our raspberry
sauce. Add a "Hooley Dooley" scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Cheesecake Olivia
New York-style with a
choice of raspberry or chocolate sauce. We opted for the raspberry sauce,
heaven!

Dining Review: Outback Steakhouse

The Outback chain has been successful, in our view, because they
provide an excellent meal at a terrific value. Each restaurant is run by a
proprietor/owner that insures the restaurant is run to perfection.
Appetizers:

Seared Ahi Tuna NEW!
Just as tender as
could be Sashimi grade Yellow-Fin seasoned and seared to perfection. Served with
sides of soy dressing and wasabi vinaigrette

Aussie Cheese Fries:
Aussie chips topped with
Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses and bacon, served with spicy ranch dressing
are a treat when you want to pull out all stops and have something
mouthwatering.

Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp
Looking for shrimp but
want a special touch added, yes, this is it.
Six colossal shrimp dipped in beer batter, rolled in coconut, fried to a golden
brown and served with marmalade sauce.

Coral Reef Crab Dip NEW!
For the crab lover, sweet
lump crabmeat with their signature blend of cheeses, corn, red pepper and
spices, baked to a golden brown. Served with mouth-watering honey-wheat toasts.
Salad, Soup:

Chopped Bleu Cheese Salad
A tasty combination of iceburg and romaine lettuce with carrots Aussie Crunch,
chunks of bleu cheese and cinnamon pecans.

Brisbane Caesar Salad
A "Hooley Dooley"
portion of our Caesar Salad comes with choice of: Grilled shrimp on the barbie
Grilled seasoned chicken breast Aussie-sized chicken breast. We took ours with
the grilled chicken, whoof!

We opted for the Broccoli Soup which
was creamy with tender broccoli and light seasoning.
