Appetizers & Salad:
 


French onion soup served traditional style and topped with melted provolone cheese. Tasty and full of onions.

 


Breaded mushrooms deep fried golden brown and served with their unique homemade creamy avocado dip.

 


Three juicy, succulent shrimp, lightly battered and golden brown.

 


A delicious crab cake full of real crab, lightly seasoned, battered and deep fried with Sam's tangy sauce. Definitely a mouthwatering ecstasy experience.

 

 


The salads are fresh, crisp and perfectly proportioned as part of the Prix Fix dinner menu. And of course their famous onion soup packed with onion and cheese on top.

 

History:

To the legendary State of Florida comes the legendary Master of Steak, Sam Seltzer. For over 75 years, Sam has presided over a renowned Family Business & Labour of Love.

The work ethic Sam learned as a struggling boy, delivering butcher shop packages on streetcars before & after school, beginning each day at 5 in the morning, would come to serve Sam & in time, his sons & grandsons, in good stead.

Fortified by the confidence of 6 years experience in the meat business & with the moral support of his beautiful young bride, Sam courageously opened his first butcher shop in the turbulent 1920's.

Providing a discerning Clientele with outstanding value, impeccable service & a lifetime commitment to excellence, Sam, joined by his two sons, & later by their two sons, went on to open
Restaurants, Steakhouses & the finest Wholesale & Retail Meat establishments catering to a Carriage Trade Clientele based around the World.

Today, 3 Generations of Seltzer's maintain the Family Tradition, serving 10's of 1000's of Customers every week.

Sam Seltzer's just introduced their prix fix dinner menu.  The full six course meal of smaller proportions will satisfy your pallet, stomach and wallet at only $17.95. The Prix Fix includes, a glass of wine, appetizer, salad or soup, main course, dessert and a glass of champagne. How do you beat that, you don't.

Main Courses:


Petite filet mignon with baked potato. A perfect portion of rich filet mignon, so tender and deliciously juicy with a light sauce on top. A side of asparagus.

 


Baby racks of lamb tender and braised on the outside yet the lamb is succulent and delicious. Side of asparagus.

 


Baby Prime Rib as juicy as ever and melt in your mouth delicious. Definitely for the connoisseur of prime rib. served with a side of creamed spinach.

 


Fresh salmon lightly grilled that pleases the senses and satisfies your palette. Perfect for the fish and salmon lover, you'll love it. Side of creamed spinach.

Desserts:

Yum, Sam's Napoleon, topped with whip cream and decorated with chocolate syrup
